WBAA structure have the following bodies:

1. Regional Board (12 representatives of the National Chapters)
2. Regional Departments (Department of Academic and Career Development, Department of Communication, Department of Projects and Research and Department of Administration and Finances)
3. The National Chapters (all representatives of each of National Chapter)
