Call for online training “Project Management Tools for More Powerful Youth!” starts on Dec,15th
There are many challenges caused by the global pandemic crisis, and one of them is working in new environment, working at distance. This requires adjustment to our everyday life and work processes. Therefore, this training aims to develop new set of skills for young people, needed for their professional development and future. The participants will be able to gain knowledge and new skills in the field of Project Management and ICT by attending certified training for using an IT tool for project management – Scrum Master Certified SMC with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
If you are a young person from one of the six Western Balkan countries (North Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Kosovo*) and a WBAA member and you would like to improve your project management knowledge, gain new ICT skills, boost your creativity at work by introducing ICT tools, strengthened monitoring and time control execution of tasks and improve results achievement, apply for this online training now!
This educational activity will be organized trough two weeks online training sessions in January and February 2021 and conducted by a highly skilled professional trainer engaged by the Semos Education-company with enormous portfolio of developed and executed wide range of training programmes designed for various end users with a different level of computer technology knowledge.
The especially designed training program will include Scrum Master official materials, SBOK (Scrum Body of Knowledge) book, Certificate of attendance and Official Exam Scrum Master Certified with 3 attempts. Semos Education is an Authorized Training Partner (A.T.P) by ScrumStudy, a global accreditation body for Scrum and Agile certifications. It has authored the SBOK™ Guide as a comprehensive guide to deliver successful projects using Scrum. SCRUMstudy works through its large global partner network of Authorized Training Providers (A.T.P.s) to deliver trainings and certifications.
WBAA encourages people from disadvantaged groups to participate.

Application period: 15 – 25 December 2020 at 2 pm.
Selection of the participants: by 10 January 2021.
Training weeks: 1st training second half of January 2021, 2nd training first half of February 2021
There are going to be two groups of 10 participants attending the same online trainings in two afternoon sessions.
