What is your motivation to apply for this position to become a Board member for the chapter Bosnia and Herzegovina?

My motivation is to use my professional and non professional skills to create a positive environment for current and future alumni exchange students. With my decent WBAA experience I can contribute to a better chapter.

What are your plans for being a Board member? (What is your action plan for the period you are selected?)

Our HUB is Sarajevo. My plan is to decentralize it and to make HUB in smaller cities and organize meetings there and see what we can do and where we can improve. Motivate and encourage current and new members to get more involved in WBAA.
