From the 29th of June to the 2nd of July 2023, a project on Digital Entrepreneurship and Self-development took place in the mountain city of Kolasin, Montenegro. WBAA members and young students actively participated in this engaging training session, which focused on digital entrepreneurship and self-development for entrepreneurs. During the training, participants had the opportunity to delve into real-life case studies and work collaboratively in groups to present their own ideas.

Self-development plays a crucial role in the success of entrepreneurs. By investing in personal growth, entrepreneurs can enhance their abilities and effectively navigate the challenges that arise throughout their entrepreneurial journeys.

This training session specifically emphasised self-development, providing valuable insights and strategies to help entrepreneurs overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

The training session was tailored for WBAA members who were eager to learn about digital entrepreneurship and self-development, particularly those interested in starting their own businesses or building their personal brands. The project aimed to select the most motivated members with creative thinking skills and provide them with top-notch education from a successful entrepreneur experienced in building and growing multiple digital brands.

During the first part of the training session, participants delved into the concept of digital entrepreneurship, exploring its definition, advantages, and the key elements of a successful digital enterprise. The trainer shared their own experiences and businesses, such as apoteke.me and ordinacije.me, providing firsthand insights. In the second part, participants engaged in group work, exchanging ideas for potential digital companies. Each group presented their ideas, and the participants, along with the trainer, analyzed and discussed each concept.

Additionally, alumni from the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program (www.erasmus-entrepreneurs.eu) shared information about the opportunities available through this initiative. Members of the NGO Glas also participated in the training, establishing collaborative connections.

Furthermore, participants had the chance to enjoy the cozy and welcoming city of Kolasin, surrounded by picturesque mountain landscapes. Some participants time even had the opportunity to visit the nearby National Park Biogradska Gora, which is part of the UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves and one of the last three large virgin rainforests in Europe.
