From 3 to 6 July 2025, the regional training “Future Skills for Future Erasmus+ Ambassadors” took place in Ulcinj, Montenegro, with the support of the Western Balkans Alumni Association (WBAA).

The activity brought together 20 WBAA members from across the region for a dynamic, hands-on learning experience focused on:

  • Artificial intelligence
  • Content creation
  • Strategic youth outreach

Empowering Erasmus+ Voices

Led by Andjela Renovica, Head of the WBAA Communication Team, the training empowered participants to become more confident, creative, and effective in their roles as Erasmus+ ambassadors.

Through practical sessions, participants explored the potential of AI in amplifying youth mobility and EU opportunities in their communities.

Tools, Creativity & Collaboration

Throughout the training, participants worked with a range of innovative platforms, including:

  • ChatGPT – for crafting project ideas, captions, and structured communication
  • Canva AI & Krea.ai – for visual storytelling and design
  • VEED & CAPTIONS – for recording and editing short video content

Key outcomes from the training included:

  • Promotional videos
  • Audio clips and voiceovers
  • Editable social media templates

The experience extended beyond structured learning. Participants had the chance to enjoy the historic coastal city of Ulcinj, relax on its beaches, and engage in informal networking and cultural exchange.

These shared moments helped strengthen cross-border connections and build a more cohesive and collaborative WBAA community

This training not only built digital and AI competencies, but also reinforced the capacity of our members to act as changemakers and communicators of Erasmus+ in the Western Balkans.

Together, we move forward, but better equipped, more connected, and inspired to share the Erasmus+ message in new and creative ways.
