WBAA on-site training on ‘Structure, Roles and Responsibilities’ in Štip
We are happy to invite WBAA members to apply for our upcoming on-site training on ‘Structure, Roles and Responsibilities’, taking place on 27 June 2026 in Štip, North Macedonia.
This onsite training will bring together 20 WBAA members from across the region for a day of learning, exchange and collaboration. The event will focus on strengthening members’ understanding of WBAA structures, internal roles and responsibilities, while creating space for active participation and stronger connections among members from different National Chapters.
It is a valuable opportunity for WBAA members to deepen their engagement in the network, contribute to its development and connect with peers in a professional and inspiring environment.

Who Can Apply?
Every WBAA member registered on the Online Community is warmly invited to apply to participate in this important event.
We are looking for motivated members who are:
- Interested in learning more about WBAA structure, roles and responsibilities
- Eager to contribute to the work of their National Chapter and the WBAA network as a whole
- Available to actively participate throughout the training
- Ready to engage in discussions and exchange with fellow members from across the region
Selection of Participants
Participants will be selected by their respective National Representatives.
A total of 20 participants will be selected, including 5 participants from North Macedonia and 3 participants from each of the other National Chapters. Applications will be assessed based on the strength of applicants’ motivation.
Please note that a selection process will be in place, and submission of an application does not guarantee participation.
Selected applicants will be informed of the selection outcome by 30 May 2026. Selected participants will then be required to confirm their attendance by completing their registration for the event.
Costs Covered
The costs of travel, accommodation and meals during the event will be covered for selected participants.
Accommodation and Travel
Accommodation will be arranged for up to two nights, with arrivals expected on 26 June 2026. Rooms will be shared (twin occupancy). Due to potential limitations, some participants may need to share a double bed.
For travel arrangements:
- If feasible, participants are encouraged to travel by bus or private car, and carpooling is encouraged
- Travel by private car will be reimbursed at 0.28 EUR/km0.28EUR/km upon completion of the reimbursement form and submission of the trip itinerary
- In the case of air travel, the Erasmus+ Support Service Team will handle the booking in consultation with the participants
