Learning and encouraging students of the technical sciences to participate in European exchange program
At the Faculty of Technology, University of Banja Luka, on 3rd and 4th October 2019, was held a workshop „Learning and encouraging students of the technical sciences to participate in European exchange program“. The workshop was held as part of implementation WBAA project.
Faculty of Technology, University of Banja Luka with the support of Western Balkans Alumni Association organized a two-day workshop for students of technical sciences.
During both days of the workshop there were about 100 participants. The workshop was attended by professors and students from the faculties of technical sciences from Bosnia and Herzegovina and from countries in the region (Serbia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia). The lecturers of the workshop were students and teachers from the country and the region who had already participated in European mobility programs, as well as representatives of institutions, agencies and foundations providing exchange opportunities and student practices in Europe. In addition to useful information about application process for the European exchange programs, the lecturers shared with the participants their personal experiences and the knowledge gained during the exchange program. The project was successfully implemented, since the workshop brought a significant number of bachelor, master and PhD students and interest them to participate in exchange programs, which was one of the main goals of the project.
