What is your motivation to apply for this position?
I always believe that Western Balkans “united can achieve more”, also expressed in my international publications. Working with a diverse team of highly qualitied professional it is a great honor and opportunity to truly make an impact that matters in our region.
What plans or ideas do you have for the team?
With regard to the position, I believe that we can initiated joint programs with the private sector and the universities to facilitate a smooth transition of the youth into the labor market. In addition, we can promote exchange programs among enterprises that have branches in several WB countries for up to 3-6 months.
What skills and qualities can you bring to this position?
I bring over 12 years of experience working with international enterprises and international donors like EU, World Bank, EBRD on the management of large scale projects. In addition, I bring over 10 years of experience in academia both regional and international.
Please describe your previous involvement with WBAA
I have worked on several Western Balkan projects and international enterprises in terms of private sector development. In particular I have no previous experience with WBAA, however, I believe that the experience I have already accumulated can be an added value to the WBAA team.
